Welcome to AI Fluency School

Why we're building a focused, practical school for professionals who want to be fluent in AI — not just familiar with it.

Welcome to AI Fluency School

Most people learning AI today are picking things up in scattered ways — a YouTube video here, a viral prompt there, a colleague's screenshot in a Slack channel. It works, sort of. But scattered learning produces scattered skill.

AI Fluency School is a deliberate response to that. A structured, practical curriculum for professionals who want real competence with AI tools — the kind that makes you noticeably more effective at your actual job.

What "fluency" means here

Being familiar with AI means you've used ChatGPT a few times and know what a prompt is.

Being fluent means:

  • You know when to delegate a task to AI and when not to.
  • You can describe what you want clearly enough to get a useful first draft on the first try.
  • You can discern when an AI output is wrong, misleading, or subtly off — and fix it.
  • You can build small, reliable workflows that combine AI with your own judgment.

That's the four-part framework this school is built around: Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Development. Every course, project, and exercise maps to one of those.

Tip

Fluency isn't about memorizing the "best" prompts. It's about building judgment — the ability to figure out the right approach for any new task.

What's here today

  • AI Fluency: Basics — the core course. Start with Delegation and work through the 4D Framework.
  • A growing library of prompts, skills, and reference material (subscribers only).
  • Projects you can build to practice.
  • This blog — essays, field notes, and tactical writing, all free.

Where this is going

More courses. More projects. A Discord community for subscribers. Industry-specific knowledge bases. Every piece is built around the same goal: turning familiarity into fluency.

If you've been looking for a serious, structured way to get good at AI — welcome. You're in the right place.
